Hade Bade Hookah Bar

Moving along into the East Village we come to another key spot for anyone looking to enjoy a low-key night with their friends or the perfect pre-game spot depending on your mood. Hade Bade, located in the heart of the East Village, is a little spot I happened to end up at one night while hanging out with the New York City based rock band "Man on Earth". This hookah bar is well known for its comfortable surrounding. There are pillows lining the floor (you have to take off your shoes), low lighting, Egyptian music plays softly in the background, and last but not least an excellent assortment of hookah flavors. I'd recommend the house blend it is really really delicious. Mint also is quite the treat along with some of the fruit flavors. One hookah costs $20 and is perfect for 4 people. It will usually last an hour or so and do not hesitate to ask for new coals if you feel you need them they are in fact free and can prolong your hookah another 20 or 30 minutes!

Hade Bade also serves delicious food as well as a variety of beers, juices, and sodas.

**Do note that Hade Bade has two separate bars at the same location. One is on the actual corner, and the other which I prefer more is located right around the corner on 2nd street. I prefer this one because the decor/music/seating is more authentic and the overall vibes are just better.
